Did you know that breathe has a CD!

It's called 'breathe Yoga and Meditation' music, created by one of our own Yogi's (Aaron Larry) with us in mind! You can purchase a CD at the Studio for $10 (check out to Shandell Pino) or online at www.groovehabit.com, you can also listen to some of the cd on the website. Let us know what you think, we love it and we're sure you will too!

We have heard great feed back on our new instructor Aaron, if you haven't been to one of his classes you should make time!

We appreciate your support!
Shandell, Monica, Patti, Joi, Shannan, Shauna, Aaron, Camber, Jennifer, Laura and Trista

On a side note :) - Monica and I will be having a booth at the Oh Sweet Sadie show this week-end in SoDa Row. We've got lots of cute stuff, stop by and check us out! www.ohsweetsadie.com

  1. I love your studio...are you guys going to be at the holistic lds living conference? I think the website is holisticldsliving.com. It's in South Jordan right by you guys, so I thought maybe you were involved. ANyway, I wanted to introduce a lot of my friends to your studio and most of them will be at the conference, so it would be convenient.
