New Schedule for 2010

Happy New Year! 2010 is going to be a great year! We have updated our schedule so please make sure you double check times.

9:30 am -Power Yoga w/ Pranayama w/ Patti

9:00 am - Restorative w/ Monica
8:30 pm - Vinyasa flow w/Shandell

9:30 am - Power Hour w/ Patti
7:30 pm - Mixed Level w/ Camber
(still a great class for beginners)

6:00 am - Rise & Shine w/ Shannan
9:00 am - Mixed level w/ Shandell
7:30 pm - Restorative w/ Patti

9:30 am - Power hour w/ Patti
7:30 pm - Core w/ Trista

9:00 am - Core w/ Shauna
5:30 pm - Vinyasa flow w/ Monica
5:30 pm - Kids Yoga w/ Jennifer

8:30 am - Mixed level w/ Shannan
10:00 am - Om Baby (Prenatal) w/Joi

Please note the changes, The 9:00 am classes are now 1 hour instead of 45 minutes, some of the descriptions have changed, all night classes (except for Mondays & Fridays) have changed to 7:30.

Exciting news!!!

Child Care Now Available

For Yoga Morning classes

Beginning Monday Dec 13

Monday and Friday from 9-10am

(You can bring your child in 10 mins early to start class on time)

Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 - 11:30am

(You can purchase up to 2 hours so you can do yoga & run errands)

Advanced registration required by 5pm the night before

Ages: 6 months - 10 years old

$25 for 10 hour punch pass ($2.50 per hour)

or $3 per child per hour
