If you have been considering learning Yoga or have recently began a Yoga practice, this is the workshop for you!
Friday, October 23rd
7-9 pm
$20 single or $30 couple

We will cover:
- A short background on what Yoga is
- Simple breathing exercises that are commonly used
- Foundational yoga postures and how to modify them to your abilities
- How to link postures together
What to bring: Yourself (a friend) & a water bottle. We have mats available but if you have your own bring it.
